This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Neon Horde — Arena Survivor ("the App", "we"), developed by Belal Alswerki, handles information on iOS and Android. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

The App itself does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email, or contacts. Game progress is stored locally on your device.

The App shows advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob and its partners may collect and process:

• Device or other identifiers — such as the Android Advertising ID, or on iOS the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking;
• Approximate location — a coarse, non-precise location derived from your IP address (the App never accesses GPS or precise location);
• App interactions — ad-interaction data such as ad views, clicks, and in-app events used for ad measurement and frequency capping;
• Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data (device model, OS version, language) used to keep ads and the App working correctly.

This data is collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, is shared with Google and its advertising partners for the purposes below, and is encrypted in transit. We do not collect this data on our own servers — the App has none.

How the data is used

The data above is used for advertising (displaying ads, limiting how often you see the same ad, measuring ad performance), analytics (aggregate ad and stability metrics), and fraud prevention, security and compliance. We do not sell your personal data.

Consent in the European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland (Android)

On Android, if you are in a region where the GDPR or similar regulations apply, the App shows a consent message powered by Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested. You can decline personalized ads and still play the game. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the App.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, the App asks for your permission before it accesses the Advertising Identifier for tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

Advertising partner

Ads are provided by Google. You can review how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage ad personalization in your device settings or, on Android within the EEA/UK, through the App's Privacy Options screen.

Data retention and deletion

We do not operate servers and hold no copy of the data described above; retention is governed by Google's policies linked above. Deleting the App removes all locally stored game progress. You can also reset your device's advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads (delete or reset your Advertising ID), and the App's own Settings → Privacy Options where applicable.

Changes to this policy

If the App's data practices change, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
